Reiki is an ancient healing practice that channels life force energy through the hands - either through gentle touch or distance healing - to support deep restoration on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. 

This is the oldest form of energy healing we know of, with its roots in the Tibetan Tantra Lotus Sutra, written around the second century BCE. It’s said to be the healing method used by spiritual masters like the Buddha and Jesus - a divine reminder that healing through love, intention, and energy is as ancient as humanity itself.

Reiki healing channels the activating life force energy to heal you on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. As neuro-immunology states, most forms of disease and health deterioration, begin on emotional and energetic levels. Reiki offers a way to support your whole system - from the root cause outward.
