 We first come home to the body, deepening into the patterns & traumas held in the body & the mind that create the anxiety & fear-based nervous system patterning. Together we alchemise these through gentle exploration & deep embodiment. This process creates presence & safety in the body – reconnecting the psyche to the body & the heart to the womb enabling our soul to come back home.

Once your body feels safe again, we step into your divine feminine embodiment - that softness, love, & trust that lets you feel balanced, beautiful, & magnetic. The goddess pours back into your life.

And from there we build up your healthy masculine - so you feel strong, held, & able to hold boundaries & structure without falling into old patterns while creating the life of your dreams.
